In response to the pandemic, Dee Raquel Joma founded the Be Unstoppable Foundation, a charity whose purpose is to help people with ‘Positive Mental Health,’ by educating and supporting them through our purposefully created programs that are supported by coaching sessions (counseling sessions also given if required).

The programs are designed to help people work through a process that helps them personally develop and feel empowered to take the steps to strengthen their mindset, enabling them to control their thinking, emotions and actions, to achieve goals and live a mentally healthy life. Programs are available online for adults (12-week program) and online for Big-Kids (10-week program), as well as delivered as a school program in-person in Sydney, Australia for high schools.

So far Be Unstoppable has completed 168 volunteer hours to schools helping almost 200 students and 10 volunteer hours coaching adults working as a team of two volunteer coaches and one counselor.
