In March 2021, “Leadership Reset” brought together coaches, leadership development experts, and private sector leaders. This day was filled with masterclasses and panels on relevant topics. All funds raised supported Microloan Foundation, a charity that holds a commitment to sustainable leadership and gender equality at the forefront of their mission in sub-Saharan Africa, giving small loans and business training to female entrepreneurs facing extreme poverty.

The “Leadership Reset” one-day summit raised enough money to empower 139 women with the tools and skills to work their way out of poverty in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. As a result, an estimated 556 children in their care will gain better access to nutritious food, life-saving medicines and education.

“Thanks to this fundraising event and MicroLoan’s collaboration with Marina and her coaching network, we are able to empower 139 women with the tools and skills to work their own way out of poverty.”
