Accessing strategic support and resources to move social progress forward, the International Coaching Federation Foundation and our professional coaches work tirelessly taking the next steps toward growing pro bono programs and building social impact initiatives.
Now we are excited to announce we’ve hired an additional resource to be a part of our team and to help grow our programs. Kathleen Lihanda-Omol will serve as our “Program Director of Strategic Initiatives”, overseeing the Ignite Initiative and the Coaching for Social Impact projects.
A creative and talented Coach, problem-solver, and leader, Kathleen brings with her a wealth of expertise with social entrepreneurship, mentorship, teamwork, coaching programs, building resources, and much more. She holds an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability –ALTIS – Catholic University of Sacred Heart of Milan (Graduate School of Business and Society). She graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a BA in Liberal Arts and is a Certified Organization Effectiveness Coach (COEC). Kathleen comes to us from her recent position as Regional Development Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, for the ICF Professional Coaches’ Family Organization. Kathleen shared that she believes, “Those who work for the good will find happiness”. And the ICF Foundation is certainly happy to add her to our Social Impact team!
Sharing common goals, tools, strategies, and resources allows all of us to grow our programs with dedication and enthusiasm. The availability of our new Program Director opens additional resources and support to our Ignite Initiatives and Social Impact Pro Bono Initiatives.
