Ignite Social Progress

“Coaching is much bigger than coaching. Coaches are at the forefront of a way of being that the whole world needs to get to, where the core theme is compassion for all people and caring for all of nature and for our only home.”

The ICF Foundation is on a mission to ignite social progress by helping coaches—and the coaching community at large to support projects leading societal change. We are  thought-leaders in the field of coaching and want to ensure that this  modality is accepted as an empowering catalyst for people to navigate life with self-awareness and responsibility.

As the supporting organization of the International Coach Federation, the ICF Foundation is in a partnership with ICF to continue moving forward in creating societal change. The core purpose of the ICF Foundation is to influence humanity’s evolution through coaching partnerships that strengthen and create capacity for change in every social, economic, educational and governmental structure in our society. We will do this by influencing individual priorities and goals toward compassionate, life-affirming choices. Coaching will move social progress by “helping the helpers” to reach their goals to change the world
