Ignite Social Progress

“Coaching is much bigger than coaching. Coaches are at the forefront of a way of being that the whole world needs to get to, where the core theme is compassion for all people and caring for all of nature and for our only home.”
—Sir John Whitmore

The ICF Foundation is on a mission to ignite social progress by helping coaches—and the coaching community at large. We will position as thought-leaders in the field of coaching so that this modality is accepted as an empowering catalyst for people to navigate life with self-awareness and responsibility.

As the supporting organization of the International Coach Federation, the ICF Foundation is bonded in a relationship with ICF to continue moving forward in creating societal change. The core purpose of the ICF Foundation is to influence humanity’s evolution through coaching partnerships that strengthen every social, economic, educational and governmental structure in our society by influencing individual priorities toward compassionate, life-affirming choices.
