Special Projects
At the Foundation of the International Coach Federation (ICF), we are committed to advancing the coaching profession and supporting coaches around the world. In addition to our ongoing initiatives, we also undertake special projects that help us achieve our mission.
Here are some of our current special projects:
- Global Coaching Research Study: We are partnering with leading universities and research institutions to conduct a comprehensive study on the impact of coaching on individuals, organizations, and society as a whole. This study will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of coaching and help us better understand how to promote the profession.
- Coaching for Social Justice: We are working to promote coaching as a tool for social justice and equity. This project involves developing training programs and resources for coaches who want to work with marginalized communities and help them achieve their goals.
- Coach Training Scholarships: We offer scholarships to individuals who are passionate about becoming coaches but may not have the financial means to pursue coach training. This project helps us support the growth of the coaching profession and create opportunities for more people to benefit from coaching.
- Coaches Without Borders: We are partnering with non-profit organizations and NGOs to provide coaching services to individuals and communities in need around the world. This project helps us promote coaching as a tool for positive change and make a difference in the lives of people who may not have access to coaching otherwise.
These are just a few examples of the special projects we are undertaking at the Foundation of the International Coach Federation. We are constantly looking for new ways to advance the coaching profession and support coaches in their work.
Stay tuned for updates on our latest initiatives!
