We are pleased to announce the new officers for the 2018 ICF Foundation (ICFF) Board of Trustees:

• Dave Wondra, PCC, President
• Ann Dorgan, PCC, Secretary
• Paula Cushing, Treasurer

Dave brings more than 30 years of business and executive leadership experience to his new role. As CEO of WondraGroup, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, he coaches CEOs and executives on improving their leadership results. He spent a half-decade on the ICF Global Board, serving in the roles of Chair, Secretary/Treasurer and Director. He also served as ICF Ambassador to ICFF.

Ann has two decades of experience as a strategic advisor, Executive Coach, facilitator and leader in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. She is the CEO of Gumball Enterprises.

Paula is the immediate past president of the ICFF Board. She previously orchestrated the design of IBM’s coaching strategy and associated development offerings.

ICFF is also welcoming two new Trustees in 2018 Board of Trustees also extended invitations to two new members, Dumi Magadlela, Ph.D., and Maria Elena Retter, ACC.

Dumi is an Executive and Leadership Coach based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a leadership development specialist and program manager, coach and facilitator for the Development Bank of Southern Africa’s Pan African Capacity Building Program.

Maria is a management consultant and Executive Coach based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. She is passionate about helping leaders transform themselves and their organizations to achieve results. Previously, Maria served as Executive Director of The Goizueta Foundation.

Dumi and Maria are joining returning Trustees Morel Fourman and Mark C. Thompson.
