Around the world, coaches with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Foundation’s Council of Ambassadors provide encouragement and support to ICF Members and Chapters who engage in reduced-rate work with organizations working towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In 2025 we are excited to announce nine members on our Council of Ambassadors.
Daeun Kim, PCC (South Korea)
Daeun is a leadership coach with experience in international development, leading projects focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across Asia and Africa. She is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to create meaningful social change. With a strong commitment to fostering growth and resilience, Daeun combines her coaching expertise with a deep dedication to advancing social impact and sustainable development.
Fuad J. Abdulla, PCC (Bahrain)
Fuad is a Management Consultant specializing in Leadership Development and Organizational Improvement. He uses a number of supporting tools for organizations such as Strengths-Based Coaching, Cultural Orientation, and Psychometric Assessments. He has a diversified experience between the Public and Private sectors. He was a Key Project Manager for the government of Bahrain Telecoms. & ICT Transformation and also managed several projects across the Middle East & Africa. He has a track record as a Leadership Coach on a Cultural Change Project.
Jeremy Solomons, ACC (Rwanda)
Jeremy has been a global career and leadership coach for over 30 years, building on 10+ years of experience in banking, education, and journalism with Citibank, JP Morgan, Reuters, and the World Bank. Since 1992, he has led coaching on Executive Presence, Diverse Teams, Global Leadership, and Career Transitions. He has coached leaders in various sectors in four languages on five continents and has been based in Kigali, Rwanda for nearly six years.
Katalin Draskóczi, PCC (Hungary)
Katalin is a leadership and transformational team coach. She has over 20 years of experience in various roles within multinational companies, where she has worked with diverse cultures and clients. She is enthusiastic about empowering personal learning based on strengths and optimizing team and organizational learning simultaneously. Passionate about accelerating social impact through coaching, Katalin actively builds partnerships among different stakeholders in the business world, in the coaching profession, and in the social sector.
Maria Saenz, PCC (Costa Rica)
María Sáenz is a mental health, leadership, and career coach specializing in neuroscience-informed tools. She believes in using the power of coaching to build more equitable communities. Based in Costa Rica, María brings over 20 years of experience in international development across Latin America. As a W.K. Kellogg Foundation Global Fellow, she earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy and co-created Leadership CO-ACT, empowering Fellows and communities to Connect, Collaborate, and Act collectively. She has a passion for supporting women in STEM.
Mauricio Campos Suarez, PCC (Switzerland)
Mauricio is a transformative leader with 20+ years of experience across healthcare, technology, and leadership in over 40 countries. As an engineer, MBA, and certified Integral™ and Systemic Team Coach, he blends inner development with business strategy. Former corporate executive, he now supports organizations and leaders as an independent coach, driving cultural and systemic transformation. Mauricio is dedicated to fostering sustainability and well-being, while helping leaders embrace change, expand their purpose, and elevate their impact. He believes in the power of conscious leadership to address today’s global challenges.
Sabrina Szabo, PCC (United States)
Sabrina Szabo is a global leadership expert and resilience strategist. She holds a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation, along with several other coaching credentials. As the co-founder of /chAYnj/ Leadership Development, she actively equips leaders to excel in high-pressure, multicultural environments by fostering Relational, Adaptive, and Inclusive Leadership. With expertise in emotional, cultural, and social intelligence, Sabrina focuses on developing resilient leaders who can lead through complexity, embrace diversity, and foster inclusion.
Tassos Kotzias, PCC (Qatar)
Tassos is an Executive Holistic Coach, ICF PCC, and a proven leader with advanced business acumen, stellar cooperation, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. He specializes in Coaching & Training, Events Planning & Delivery, Consulting & Business Development, with a holistic approach to ensure optimization and success. As a practitioner and instructor of Kung-Fu and Qigong, he understands the importance of balancing Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual well-being, helping executives achieve harmony and well-being in all aspects of life.
Vina Paglicawan, PCC (Philippines)
Vina is a credentialed professional coach and is currently Senior Director for Wellness and Resiliency for TaskUs, leading a team 50+ Senior Managers and Professional Coaches supporting more than 45,000 Teammates across Asia. Prior to this role, Vina was an Executive/Leadership Coach and OD Consultant serving multiple industries. She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in leadership, OD, and learning. She has led the execution of L&D programs for different leadership levels across industries (outsourcing, shared services, IT, and financial services).
