Our guest today is Coura Badiane, Vice President of the ICF Foundation to learn more about ICF, coaching and social impact.

Coura is an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in international development, association management, and multi-cultural communications. Her expertise includes project and program management, strategic thinking, business development, and strategy.

Fluent in French and Spanish, Coura currently serves as the Vice President of the ICF Foundation, leading initiatives for social impact and philanthropy. Her previous experience includes positions with the World Bank, Northwestern University, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Radiological Society of North America.

Coura holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University, IL, and a Master’s in International Development from the American University, Washington, DC. Committed to driving positive change, Coura is eager to contribute her skills and passion to make a difference in the global community.
