For aspiring coaches around the world, the path to professional coaching education can come with a significant financial barrier. Through the generosity of ICF Scholarship Providers and donors, the ICF Foundation Scholarship Program helps remove that barrier. Individuals are given the opportunity to pursue coaching education, strengthen their skills, and create positive change in the lives of others.

With coaching, the impact begins with one person, but it rarely ends there.

For Misk Kuhrana in India, an ICF Foundation scholarship arrived at a moment when her professional path no longer felt aligned with who she was becoming. Coaching education offered more than new skills, it gave her an opportunity to explore her purpose, build meaningful relationships, and imagine a new way to serve others.

"It helped me see more, become more, and reclaim my authenticity. I found people, community, and belonging."

By the end of the program, Misk had started her own coaching practice. What began as access to coaching education became a new career and a larger goal to help others grow.

That is the multiplying power of the ICF Foundation Scholarship Program.

For Kayla Morse Higgins, an entrepreneur in the United States, the cost of formal coaching education had been out of reach.

"As an entrepreneur, the cost of formal coach education was beyond my reach; this scholarship removed that barrier and made rigorous training possible."

For Nicholas Singh in Singapore, the scholarship strengthened not only his coaching skills but also his commitment to professional standards.  "The formal alignment with ICF standards sharpened my coaching discipline and elevated the quality of client outcomes."

And in Ghana, Fiona Andoh had dreamed of pursuing formal coaching education but the cost was a barrier. "Receiving this scholarship has been a great blessing to me. It has transformed my life."

Now, Fiona hopes to use her coaching education to "impact the lives of young people in my home country."

Their stories show what your support can make possible. When financial barriers are removed, aspiring coaches gain access to education, develop their skills, and carry that growth into their work, relationships, and communities.

One scholarship, made possible by donors, can become a ripple of impact for years to come.

Your support of the ICF Foundation can help an aspiring coach take the next step. Global Giving Tuesday, on December 1, is perfect opportunity to take that step. Give today and help open the door for the next coach, and for the many people they will go on to impact.
