Susan Mackay, ACC
Susan Mackay, ACC is a neurodiversity and systems coach with two decades’ experience in global health and development with the UN, BBC and Gavi. Now working at the intersection of inclusion, mental health, and leadership, she supports individuals and organizations to lead with empathy, creativity, and authenticity. Drawing on lived experience and professional certifications, she uses coaching, storytelling, and play-based methods like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to unlock potential and redesign systems for belonging. She believes coaching can be a radical act of hope, equity, and transformation.

Vedika Khatwani Chandka, PCC
Vedika Khatwani Chandka, PCC is a Systemic Team Coach, alongside 18 years of corporate experience supporting senior leadership and teams across organizations. As the founder of EmpowerUrself, she partners with organizations, executives, and emerging leaders to enhance self-awareness, communication, and collaboration.
Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations build conscious, people-centered growth cultures where awareness leads to authentic action.
Vedika believes coaching is a catalyst for social progress — enabling individuals and communities to reconnect with purpose and possibility. As an Ambassador, she aims to strengthen coaching-for-impact initiatives in the MENA region by fostering collaboration, inclusion, and awareness-driven change.

Thomas Denysschen, ACC
Tom Denysschen, ACC is a Henley-certified executive coach, supports leaders and teams in becoming stronger, more conscious contributors to their organisations and communities. With nearly four decades of global leadership experience, he brings wisdom, humility, and service-driven intent to his coaching. Tom’s purpose—to help others grow by planting trees whose shade he may never know—guides his commitment as an ICF Foundation Ambassador.

Valsakumar P. Menon, PCC
Valsakumar P. Menon (VP), PCC is a trainer and mentor who brings over two decades of corporate experience and more than 15 years in the coaching and training industry. As co-founder and Managing Partner of “Coach Skills Training” in Dubai, he is dedicated to helping people understand themselves better, grow with intention, and make real change in their personal and professional lives. One of his favorite quotes is by Carl Bard, “Though no one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand-new ending.”

Dr. Scena B. Webb, PCC has been coaching professionally for over a decade primarily as a federal internal coach. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to achieve their potential. She specializes in transformational leadership and has helped numerous clients enhance their leadership skills through customized coaching. Coach Scena believes that effective leadership begins with self-awareness and authentic communication.

Evelyne Tan, PCC
Evelyne Tan, PCC, is a leadership, team, and organizational coach dedicated to unlocking deeper potential in people and global systems. With experience in Asia and Europe, she focuses on deep transformation, people leadership, and creating environments where everyone can thrive. Evelyne partners with individuals and organizations seeking to elevate their contribution to their teams, communities, and wider societal impact. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), EMCC Senior Practitioner coach and mentor, and EMCC ESIA supervisor, based in France.

Esther Mwaniki, ACC
Esther Mwaniki, ACC, is an Executive Coach, Counselling Psychologist, Mediator, and HR Professional dedicated to elevating leadership, wellbeing, and human potential. She blends coaching, psychology, and conflict resolution to help individuals and teams grow, communicate effectively, and thrive in complexity. Through reflective inquiry, she supports clients to deepen self-awareness and strengthen their leadership impact—guided by the question, “What weather do you bring into the room?” Esther is passionate about expanding coaching access and fostering transformative, human-centered development across communities.
