We are thrilled to announce the release of the ICF Foundation’s 2024 Impact Report! This year’s report highlights the incredible achievements and initiatives that have made a significant difference in communities around the world. Here are some of the key highlights from the report:
A Year of Generosity and Growth
In 2024, the ICF Foundation received 4,946 gifts totaling $208,660 USD, including $11,900 USD raised during Global Giving Tuesday. This remarkable generosity came from 7% of ICF members, showcasing the strong commitment of our community to making a positive impact.
Igniting Change
Since 2017, the Ignite Initiative has been a cornerstone of our social impact efforts. In 2024, we engaged 1,217 ICF-credentialed coaches who provided 5,335 coaching hours to 1,169 clients. The estimated value of these coaching hours is $1,301,740 USD. Additionally, 48 ICF Chapters partnered for these projects, further amplifying our reach and impact.
ICF Foundation Scholarship Flourishes to Support Future Leaders
In 2024, the ICF Foundation Scholarship awarded 73 scholarships to recipients from 25 countries, with in-kind donations from 19 ICF-accredited coaching education providers valued at $304,000 USD. This brings the total number of scholarships awarded since 2023 to over 100 recipients. These scholarships support tuition for Level 1 ICF-accredited Coaching Education programs, including complimentary ICF memberships and ACC application fees.
Special Projects for Sustainable Development
Our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is reflected in our Special Projects. In 2024, we completed 3 projects that engaged 56 ICF-credentialed coaches and served 56 clients. These customized coaching engagements, lasting six months or more, generated $48,268 USD in revenue and provided valuable RD CCE credit certificates for participating coaches.

As we celebrate these achievements, we are also excited about the future. The ICF Foundation continues to expand its reach and impact, with plans to award even more scholarships and engage in additional projects in 2025. We are grateful for the unwavering support of our donors, ICF-credentialed coaches, and program partners who make this work possible.
