The ICF Foundation is now accepting applications for Special Projects that use professional coaching to create meaningful social impact in communities around the world.
Through the Special Projects program, the ICF Foundation partners with organizations and ICF credentialed coaches, to expand access to coaching. These projects support initiatives focused on leadership development, community growth, resilience, education, and well-being.

What Are ICF Foundation Special Projects?
ICF Foundation Special Projects are collaborative coaching initiatives designed to address a specific community or organizational need through professional coaching engagement.
Each Special Project is unique, but all are centered around one goal: expanding the impact of coaching in ways that create sustainable change.
Special Projects may include:
- Leadership coaching for nonprofit organizations
- Workforce and career development initiatives
- Youth leadership and education support
- Women’s empowerment and resilience programs
- Coaching initiatives aligned with social impact and well-being
