As an ICF Coach seeking an ICF Credential, 2020 was a hard year for Jayaveni Chetti, PCC. In order to encourage other coaches to pursue their credentials, Jayaveni offered four pro bono coaching CKA assessment preparation sessions on LinkedIn. Interest in the opportunity came from around the world. The pro bono coaching provided discussions on Zoom and focused on ethics in coaching and addressed the ICF Code of Ethics. Sessions often lasted between 1-2 hours each.

“It was fantastic to speak to peers from around the world and see how much they loved the spirit of community and support from a fellow ICF Member. It was encouraging to receive the appreciation of participants and was an added bonus to learn they passed their CKA assessment.”
